Dear Patriot,

We - you and I, a poet, researcher and writer - can defeat Bush. Together, we can and must inform the people of America.



Once the American people are informed as to the kind of person Bush is, as to what depleted uranium is doing to our troops, as to our lost freedom of speech and due process, as to how the Twin Towers were blown-up from within, in sequential explosions, as to the fact that there were no interceptors sent up in time on 9/11 and only Bush could have kept them down, as to the fact that Bush has prevented any real investigation of 9/11, as to the bankrupt state of our nation, as to our warming globe, as to the nuclear dangers that have reemerged with Bush . . . then, we will have convinced millions and millions of previously uninformed American voters to vote against the Bush administration. The American people must rise-up and create a populist restoration in our dear, endangered nation.

As we raise more and more money for Pacifica Network, the American people will have a well-funded national network of non-corporate sponsored radio stations to inform them of the darkness of our times and the impending destruction of constitutional America should Bush be allowed to ravage our nation and abuse our people for another four years.

The Patriot Pack I was offered on KPFA/Pacifica Network in their latest fund-raising campaign, and the response from the listeners was huge. The program hostess, Kris Welch, enthused about the deck and especially loved the fact that there was a table of contents and references, twelve ‘chapters,’ poems, facts, exposures, a suggested method of organizing and, most of all, a shrill call to action.

Patriot Packs are a new alternative media source for the American people . . . a series of decks (or little ‘books’) of cards, each deck exposing another group of issues. Most people don’t have the time to read a book a week or do lots of research on the Internet, or listen to Pacifica Network, and, as a result, they only know what the corporate-owned American media (a few huge profit-addicted corporations who benefit from endless war) tells them. But they do have time to read 56 cards and gain the distilled knowledge gleaned from of hours and hours of research presented in an entertaining, almost poetic way.
