Subject: [SAVE TERRI] Questions - Terri's Brain Damage + Any Hospital Negligence + Societal Followup

I've been reading so many messages about Terri and clicking on the website links. However, I've not come across enough details. Here are some questions I would appreciate answered.

1. I've read that Terri had bulimia and that she would throw up her food. I've read that is what caused her brain damage. How could that cause brain damage?

2. I've read that Terri's oxygen to her brain was cut off and that caused brain damage. I saw television news saying that Terri had fluid on the brain. When Terri was taken to the hospital did the hospital provide needed treatments?

3. What are the customary hospital treatments for people with brain damage from oxygen being cut off?

4. Did Terri receive those customary hospital treatments?

5. As to the fluid that was in Terri's brain, isn't there some hospital treatment to remove such fluid? I have read of people having hydrocephalus that are able to get that fluid removed from their brains.

6. Do the hospitals include any alternative medical treatments in their treatments for brain damaged patients?

7. If yes, what are those alternative medical treatments?

8. I've read that there are about 15,000 people each year that are murdered by dehyrdration and starvation as Terri was but that because there are no court disputes there is no publicity about them. Are some of those people in such condition as Terri had or are they in comas or just what is their physical and mental condition?

9. Are there laws in any of the U.S.A. states that give family or doctors permission to cut off life support such as oxygen?

10. Are there laws in any of the U.S.A. states that give family or doctors permission to cut off food and water?

11. I saw a photo of Terri sitting up in front of some stuffed animals that were on a shelf behind her. Was that photo taken after she became brain damaged or just when was that photo taken?

12. I read of a petition to impeach Judge Greer for ordering the murder of Terri. Would it be the citizens in Florida that are the people that have the power to accomplish that impeachment?

13. President Bush has executive powers he could have used to rescue Terri from that court ordered murder. Will American citizens come together to impeach President Bush for failing to rescue Terri from court ordered murder?

14. Are there certain members of Congress that would be agreeable to filling out the impeachment paperwork and submitting it to Congress to have President Bush impeached for not intervening to stop this court ordered murder?

15. Governor Jeb Bush has executive powers he could have used to rescue Terri from that court ordered murder. Do you know of Florida citizens that are concerned enough to initiate the paperwork needed to seek impeachment of Governor Jeb Bush for failing to rescue Terri form court ordered murder?

16. If yes, will you contact them about seeking impeachment of Governor Jeb Bush?

17. If it turns out that there are not any of Florida's legislature that will fill out and submit paperwork for impeachment of Governor Jeb Bush, wouldn't it be possible to have a recall of Governor Jeb Bush?

18. Regardless of whether or not Terri's family wants to sue the government - federal, state, county, city - for not rescuing Terri from court ordered murder, isn't there some way there can be a lawsuit on behalf of all of the disabled Americans to get such court ordered murders stopped?

19. What, if anything, is the American for Disabilities agency now doing or planning to do about this court ordered murder of a disabled American?

20. Americans that commit the worst crimes are given court appointed free attorneys to represent them. I have read that Terri never had her own attorney to fight for her to have needed medical treatments and to prevent this court ordered murder. Is there any agency that provides free attorneys for disabled Americans?

Sincerely,
Deborah Reid
