We have been DUPED!!! The World Trade Organization agreement (WTO) signed by Clinton has put Americans under jurisdiction of International Treaty which supercedes American Laws and our Sovereignty.

July 2005, CODEX will be ratified in Europe and become MANDATORY world-wide. We have been kept in ignorance of this fact. If you don’t have access to the 15,000 pages of CODEX; this is what it means:

1) CODEX ELIMINATES ALL NATURAL SUPPLEMENTS to be replaced by 28 synthetic low-dosage pharmaceutical manufactured replicas and available only by M.D. prescription. All other nutrients are forbidden and classified as illegal drugs.

2) ALL ENERGY MEDICINE IS FORBIDDEN: Acupuncture, Reiki, Laying on of Hands, Ayurvedic, Tibetan, Tribal, etc.

3) ALL FARMERS AND GROWERS ARE FORCED TO USE MONSANTO GENETICALLY MODIFIED SEEDS which require PESTICIDES like Round-up in order to germinate. The TOXIC LEVELS acceptable in food will be RAISED beyond U.S. standards.

4) ALL ANIMAL FEED must be treated with ANTIBIOTICS, HORMONES/ STEROIDS AND GROWTH STIMULANTS.

5) ALL ORGANICS, FREE RANGE EGGS AND MEAT as well as BIODYNAMIC FARMING IS FORBIDDEN.

6) ALL LEGAL FOOD MUST BE IRRADIATED.

WE MUST ADDRESS THIS ISSUE NOW! Due to this covert, insidious plan to take away our health choice freedoms we must bombard Congress and the Committee for Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions by April 29th, 2005.

Senator Ron Paul has sponsored HR1146 which would restore our American sovereignty. Counter bills SR722 and HR3377 sell us completely down the river. If these bills pass, we will NEVER AGAIN HAVE HEALTH CARE FREEDOM!

FACT:

Then President Clinton signed an International Treaty with the WTO in behalf of the USA during his term in office. Compliance with EU standards was voluntary at that time; however, in July of this year CODEX is meeting in Rome to make USA compliance MANDATORY.

Jeanne J. Grimmett, a lawyer and researcher at the US Library of Congress (wrote a research article for members of Congress to help them understand that we are bound by our membership in the WTO to harmonize our law to international standard. It was on the basis of her report that Congressman Ron Paul in the 108th Session of Congress introduced H J Res 90 which would get us OUT of the WTO, and it is due to her report that he has just introduced the same sort of bill, now numbered as House Joint Resolution 27 for the 109th Session of Congress.
