His Holiness Pope John Paul II
Office of the Sovereign of the Vatican City State

Vatican City State

My dear Pope John Paul II and Cardinal Angelo Sodano,

This Easter is a very sad Easter for the world, because over 1.6
million people have died in a war that America has lied about and
because no one in America cared to go against the US government and
expose our government for its lies and illegal wrongdoings. This
crime of the deaths and murders of over 1.6 million Iraqi citizens
should not go unnoticed by our Christian and Catholic churches. A
good number of Christians and Christian organizations that I have
talked to are afraid of speaking up against the US President.

Saddam was never a threat to the West, nor to Western oil interest.
He did not commit an act of naked aggression and did not invade a
foreign nation!

Our nation lied about the whole incident and we created facts that
were not there. We skewed the truth, on the basis (assumption) that
Saddam was a threat, in spite of the fact that no evidence existed!

We conspired with Kuwait to manipulate the price of oil, which was
contrary to OPEC rules. We conspired with Kuwait in order to bring
down Iraq's war-torn economy and to cause civil unrest and revolt
against Saddam's regime.

Our government acted without provocation and acted on assumptions
without facts.

Saddam's administration acted correctly, when they "invaded" Kuwait,
removing a law-breaking regime and thereby restoring order to
Kuwait.

The basis of this "invasion" or policing action is mainly due to
Kuwait's illegal manipulation of oil prices, which had the effect of
destroying Iraq's war-torn economy. Minor points are the illegal
drilling of horizontal oil wells into disputed territory by Kuwait
and the territorial rights of Kuwait to exist as a state. What
makes matters, bad, criminal, is that the US conspired with Kuwait
against Iraq (an ally of the US government in America's effort to
fight Middle East terrorism) in an effort to intentionally destroy
Iraq's economy.

Every premise that America had for its destruction of Saddam's
regime proved to be wrong!

We claimed that Saddam killed millions of his own people and gassed
millions of Kurds. Prior to 1990 we, CIA, defamed Saddam, so we
could take him out, later, in spite of the fact that Iraq was our
ally in our war against Middle East terrorism.

We said that Saddam would take over the whole Middle East region, if
left unchecked, and that he would be or present a threat to Western
interest (oil and commercial); therefore Saddam had to go!

Saddam (Iraq) had never committed any kind of act, criminal or
otherwise, that would justify our government taking action against
him or his nation. We asked the Kuwait government to manipulate the
price of oil (to sell oil at such a low price) to deprive Iraq of
its share of oil revenue. Kuwait is such a country that could do
this as it has a very large surplus of cash stored in foreign
overseas banks and could sell oil at a loss. Doing so, though, is
against OPEC policies and therefore illegal.

Our fear of Iraq (Saddam) and our desire for oil revenue and greed
caused our nation to do illegal and criminal things, which brought
about the deaths of over 1.6 million innocent Iraqi lives!

In the Summer of 1990, due to police abuse, then-President Bush said
that he would give serious consideration towards the official
recognition of my political status in his country. Doing such would
qualify me for Secret Service protection as a visiting foreign head
of State. http://lchow.webvis.net/faq

In the Fall of 1990, President Bush said that Saddam had committed
an act of naked aggression. Such an act would allow our country to
legally take action against Iraq for their criminal behavior to
other legitimate states. The invasion of Kuwait (1) was a policing
action against Kuwait, due to Kuwait's illegal manipulation of oil
prices, which had the effect of destroying Iraq's economy and
denying Iraq its share of oil revenue. (2) The "invasion" was
justified by territorial boundaries and illegal horizontal oil
drilling by Kuwait. In addition, in the first World War, when the
boundaries of Iraq and Kuwait were drawn up, splitting that country,
the British illegally gave the Saba family the land now called
Kuwait as a gift for helping the British fight the Ottoman Turks.
This is an illegal act, which the British had no right to do! The
land that we now call Kuwait was occupied by cities where
descendants of Saddam's tribal grouping of people, people of Iraq,
lived. This the British had no right to do. So, if a nation proves
itself to be criminal, its rights can be negated; such as we see
Iraq doing to Kuwait.

What was wrong with our 1991 war against Iraq was that this was a US
fabricated war, based on lies and it was directly responsible for
the deaths of over 1.6 million innocent Iraqis. There is no legal
justification for this war and the acts of the US government is
traitorous, criminal, deceitful, and illegal. In November of 1990,
Saddam's administration had agreed to the withdrawal of his troops
and to negotiations as to terms and/or concerns. According to
Saddam's embassy in Washington DC (interest section), Iraq was
willing to withdraw and agree to negotiation as to terms of regional
security, oil, and trade. Originally, this is what the US had
wanted, though they had rebuffed Saddam's goodwill to come to the
negotiation table in peace. I was the negotiator who had brought
this whole process about, because of the reluctance of the US
government to negotiate.

If Saddam was willing to concede to everything that we had wished
for and wanted, why are we going to war with Iraq?

Our government had acted criminally and with malice, illegally, and
with a careless disregard for the law and careless disregard for
human life. Over 1.6 million people died, consequently, due to the
Bush administration, senior and junior.

What is even worst about this illegal and murderous affair is that
US Congress did nothing about it, in spite of my letters and
warnings advising them of the law.

What is sad, too, is that the American media, which, normally, is so
good about acting as watchdogs against government wrongdoings had
failed in it's effort to prosecute a criminal and intentionally
errant Bush administration, whose actions continued in the Clinton
era, followed up by his son in spite of warnings and my many letters
to him, which he negligently, in his own error and judgment, refused
to read.

This is a sad day, because our churches that held watch did not
watch, nor care. No one took note of the many letters that I had
sent them, no one apparently cared enough to research the issues.

Lastly, though this may be of no direct concern. The people that
were responsible for the building of Iraq were of Shem's blood and
not descendants of Ishmael. If you examine the Bible and Bible
history, you will find that the descendants of Joktan (who are the
people original called Hebrews) resided in lands, in ancient times,
from Sephar (Ninevah) to Mesha (Babylon). This is the Sunni
triangle today! In conversations with people from that region, they
say that's news to them and that such is an American description as
many are not of the Sunni faith, but secular. While Hitler killed 6
million Jews, Bush kills Hebrews!

My family, the Chou clan, is from this region and we are descendants
of Jobab, son of Joktan, son of Eber.

The war with Iraq, 1991 and 2003, and accompanying 11 years of
sanctions is unlawful, illegal, criminal, and inhumane.

When will the world's inhumanity ever end and will the victims of
this great tragedy ever be fully compensated; and when will the
perpetrators of this intentional and outright fraud and criminal
war ever be punished?

May many blessings and may peace be with you and upon all true
followers of Christ on this Easter Day.

Respectfully,

HIM Yao Sui, Emperor of China
and Son of Heaven (living in
temporary exile in the United States
of America)
