Is not the government the servants of the people? Then why do politicians, the second they get elected become dictators. They become partial to any group that gives them the most money. We the people become only the source of tax dollars that they carelessly spend. They find ways to make theirs power stronger by violating we the peoples rights. We have the courts to protect our rights but now the judges and legal profession violate, we the peoples rights to increase their power. Our elected officials and newspapers are second fiddle to the Bar Association. We the people are only the tax dollar source with no rights. What does our Constitution tell we the people to do when government becomes perverted, and public liberty manifestly endangered and all other means of redress are ineffectual? NH Const. I volunteer my time to help a Madbury NH family expose abusive government actions. The Madbury selectmen were using their powers to seek personal revenge on tax paying citizens. They did not deny this act under oath. To stop me from helping this family the town and judges found me guilty of a crime with no charges, no witnesses, no evidence, and no trial. They then, when I would not stop declared that I was a terrorist and took my freedom for 6 months. So that the facts would not become public 4 days before the trial the charges were dropped. I continued so the governor sent the state police to my wife’s work place in uniform to scare her. Next the state police called me from the governors office to scare me. Then the governor writes the Veterans Hospital to tell them that I am a Terrorist to get my VA medial benefits stopped. I am 100% service connected disabled United States Marine from the Vietnam Conflict. These criminals will do any thing to keep their power. They will even destroy a citizens health.
The newspapers will not print the peoples opinion. That means we the people are only servants to these elected officials. Yes the word is that we the people elect them. Well let me tell you, only the rich or well connected get elected. Us little people serve in our military to protect a system that needs correcting. Most of these elected officials, judges and attorneys never serve in the military. Are the newspapers afraid of these elected officials and the courts? How do we the people express our grief?
Art 10 tell us to take up arms. That is what happens when a citizen gets frustrated because a judge even in our United States Supreme Court allows these draft dodging elected officials and judges to violate the Constitution. This is the final act for these victims. Yes I will most likely be arrested for this letter. I do not believe in violence. I am explaining what causes some people to give their lives for our country. Think of what our military is giving their lives for this very day. I will send this letter to most newspaper and the NH governor but it will not get printed. The truth is the most powerful weapon but unless the newspaper do their obligation we the people will suffer. What does “to take up arms means”? Is violence necessary in a Democracy? The facts in this document are true even thought things like this can not happen in the United States.
