I do not think there is such a thing as a good politician in this country. Voting to get rid of all incumbents, would pass a message to them that there is no longer as much value in raising lots of money for campaign funds so they might even spend a bit of that time on the people's business. Ask them who gets the fund money or library money when they get voted out; it will really make you mad if they tell the truth. Also ask them how much taxpayer money they really use in a year to benefit their "little empire". It would also cut down some of the financing of them by big money, which would upset their total power structure slightly. The group dictatorship controlling this country would also have less time to corrupt and control some of the less crooked politicians.

Is it possible to do something constructive to reduce corruption in America? American Politicians have already sold out to big money and big power. Democracy is dead for sure now.

Term limits voted in by our people in America have been or are being killed!

I believe term limits will never be enacted as an amendment to the Constitution without forcing incumbent politicians out of office at every election by a vote for their opponent. When they get the message to not screw the public, maybe they will start legislating what the people need and want. This will possibly only work if the voter is an Independent and can easily vote for either the Republican or Democrat opposition. If the voter votes for a third party, we will probably not get a limited term for that national, state, or local incumbent candidate; the vote may make the voter feel better, but it will reduce the counted vote necessary to get rid of the incumbent politician. Voters going to vote should arm themselves with the names of the incumbents because that information is not usually on a ballot system.

The politicians have found ways to kill the term limits at all levels that people have voted in by local and national referendums. They use new legislation, judges that work for them, and sometimes just plain ignore the voters choices and rights because they know the voters do not have to power to beat them in criminal or civil court. They seem to like the riches, ego gratification, corruption, and power that comes with holding public office, and are not about to give it up. The longer they are in office, the worse they become from the voters point of view. The public image voters see on TV and other news is usually not what really goes on.

When the framers of the original Constitution were working on drafts, they used the excuse to leave out term limits because "they did not want the document to get to be too large". Since they were mostly white men of wealth and power, they did not want to write in ways to protect anyone but themselves. If you read the document and its amendments, you will find this a sickening experience because of the ways they rigged the Constitution in their favor. Even worse, now there are many proposed amendments sitting in Congress that would correct a lot of the wrongs put upon the citizens and their families, but they will never even be considered or acted upon because they benefit the people not the corrupt politicians, agencies, departments, staffs, and bureaucrats.

Chinese Mafia and Clinton control was by developing felony type evidence against people in addition to that in the FBI files. Clinton used that and the threat of the Chinese power to intimidate all those he went after. He also is reputed to be involved in many murders of people who could have done him in by their court testimony. I think Clinton's actions will get this country destroyed in the near future; he sold us out in many areas for money and power. Even the prosecutors could not act against him, nor could the senate during the impeachment hearings. He ruled by fear and lies, and could back up his threats. That was similar to the Kennedy assassinations which were to transfer power to different groups that could be controlled by the real power brokers in this country.

Clinton did not balance the budget, he just modified the accounting system. Just like Enron, etc. So did Bush Sr. when he made the worst move in history by giving the financial boondoggle bank, stock market, and savings bank bailout to the very people who caused the problem in the first place. They used legally stolen money and assets to finance the bailout, never got prosecuted, and are now living high on interest and fees.

Happy are they of the "control group" of our present group dictatorship.

Another area of possibility is to modify the Constitution by amendment via a National Referendum to correct the ability of the big money to totally control this country. Changing the legislation, courts, legal system, bureaucracy, years of maximum tenure in any federal, state, and local position for elected, civil servants, and appointed positions. Not more than 6 years in only one government function for anyone, and not to be repeated in any other government function. No pensions for them. The death penalty maximum for those who scam and steal from any entities and taxpayers. This includes the military, law enforcement, and all other agencies.

Modifying the Constitution by Amendment seems to be the only way left for the "Good People" of America to get rid of corrupt politicians, bureaucrats, court rulings, government giveaways, and legislation. Of course we may have to wait until the blacks, hispanics, muslims, and immigrants multiply to the point they can take over the country by vote or force. Then there will be real change, but more like dictatorships. Actually, with the Bush family and friends in power, we already are experiencing the beginnings of dictatorship control.

The big money can do what they damn well please and never do a day in jail. This is the most important area to change. I would especially like to see the corrupt persons of the above functions be held to the statute of limitations of no limit for all criminal and civil corruption, such as murder is, with a penalty maximum of death.
