The one who intercepted this cable was FBI translator Sibel Edmonds muzzled by the FBI, assisted by a guy by the name of Mike German and the cable was to be delivered to the famous "Wild Card" in Toronto, Canada. BTW he had the whole 911 war game on his computer in Russian. Wild Card was the source for the Uday Hussein letter to Vladimir Putin, detailing the events of 911; and the fact that Osama bin Laden would be used as a patsy.

It was red-blue war games out of Toronto, headed by a Canadian Lt. General who gave the order to Black Jack Meyers for NORAD to "stand down." Cheney had tasked SA Fry, Vice Admiral USN Director Joint Staff to write a new Stand Down Policy, changing a long standing protocol in June 2001 and prior to 911. Why? You bet Wanta had the docs and they were stolen by the DC Capitol Police on his way to the court house. One Federal Judge said it was ludicrous, Wanta had been framed, and it was a travesty of justice, but he still sits in jail. I also have the Wanta Docs somewhere and they were not all stolen. He had copies tucked away in safe places.

Money to fund the terrorism all over the world was all from the drug trade, going into offshore accounts and sludge funds. Sibel also discovered some of those wires, which would have brought the WH down and why she was on a gag order from Ashcroft, which I believe has been lifted since her Congressional closed door testimony? It's a matter of the Congressional Record now, so I'm sure she's safe as well as others who testified with her. What these Bozos do with it is another matter. Both sides of the aisles all seem too compromised and loyal to their Defense Contractor lobbyists who fund their elections and it may reveal skeletons in their closets?

The real reason for the NSA spying to catch the Whistleblowers from the different good intelligence agencies and top cops doing their job, and are now a part of a Bush witch hunt to silence them, perhaps some permanently. Catching terrorists is not part of his agenda and only lip service, because most were our own assets.
