I'm so glad it's working. No ONE is above the law. Without justice, there's just us! It will work if it's done en masse, because they all want to keep their cushy jobs and perks.

This was the most horrific tragedy on American soil -- a coup against the American people, yet Bush refuses to cooperate with the 9-11 commission -- Why??? It's analogous to Hitler's Reichstag to legitimize wars and laws more tyrannical than those of the little Teuton with a mustache, under the farcical myth of fighting terrorism, while the borders remain wide open to terrorists, as if to invite an invasion. Mr. Bush is aware, but has refused to take any action to protect American citizens. Our troops are gone, leaving America extremely vulnerable to attack.

We need answers to 9-11, not excuses. Those responsible must be caught, held responsible and culpable. It's pivotable to everything going on here and abroad!

I sent my letter(s), copied and pasted the letter (attached) "We request to know why President Bush is allowed to dictate to the 9-11 Commission" from "The Family Steering Committee for the 9/11 Independent Commission" because it was so succinct, but I added a 24th question to theirs, because it will unlock the identity of those who reaped the benefits and had foreknowledge or they would not have invested horrendous large sums of money. Their testimony and investigation may directly lead to the culprits:

24. What about the billions in "shorts" sold just prior to 9-11? The SEC has records of all buy and sell orders. Brokerage firms are holding millions of unclaimed funds belonging to those investors. This needs to be investigated, because those individuals had foreknowledge of 9-11. Those are not classified documents, and failure to subpoena those documents is tantamount to not trying to find the perpetrators who did benefit.

Senator Frist's office staff is particularly displeased about all the disruptive phone calls and fax's directed to his Senate Majority office. His staff hung up on Tom after only a few minutes of polite 9-11 timeline conversation:-)....Tom later called back and lowered his voice--preparing to engage the staff a second time; but found that Frist's office was not answering the phone, automatically placing callers on voice-mail. And of course Tom filled up the full three minutes of recording time:-))))) He tried the same thing with Senator Kerry's office but other activists had already beat him to the punch, filling up Kerry's voice mail. (Frist also has an email online at his website, which could also use some action: www.frist.senate.gov )

Tom tried Senator Daschle a second time, and his staff at the Senate Minority office, and his staff also stopped answered so Tom left another full 3-minute message on the machine. Tom recommends that we concentrate on Senator Kerry's fax contacts and his voice mail, as they are in the middle of moving their campaign office. Please keep a personal checklist regarding your contacts to help organize your calls, emails and fax's.
