Montreal Health Institute, it self-destructs because it's not good in its essence. *Most of these folks involved were street people, so they didn't have people who knew where they were or were concerned about their well-being. It escalated once they killed congressman
Leo J. Ryan; basically, they had no other way to go, so they just tried
to self-destruct the whole mission. And that means the death of hundreds of people.

WERE SPECIAL FORCES DOWN THERE AS IT WENT HAYWIRE?

“No, I think the Special Forces units were pulled together as an
exterminator after it had reached a point where they had to destroy the evidence. Those teams were called on many times. We had what we called Disaster Area survey teams.
They were put together and designed and to leave on a moment's notice. If you had an earthquake, and there were many of them in Managua, Nicaragua, Guatemala, you instantly dispatch those teams. Special Forces teams were trained to go into these areas and to be dropped in by helicopter, rappel if needs be, or parachute, and work their way back and make surveys.

In this case instead of surveying for physical, meaning nature's, damage, they were surveying for human presence and mop up any that might have escaped.

Allen Dulles is dead, but that doesn't mean that the idea of controlling people's minds and behavior is dead, and I still think that is a goal.”

[Of course that’s the goal Bo, you should know you were involved in Monarch. When the bodies were examined in Jonestown it was found ONLY two victims died of the poisoned Kool-Aid, everyone else was shot (i.e. murdered). Jones was said to have committed suicide but the autopsy showed he was shot from at least 25 feet.]

[Yeah, traitor Gritz was trained in mind control in Monarch. His ex-wife was so mind controlled he could give a trigger word and she would go off into some compartmentalized world, obeying Gritz. (He liked to show off for people.) She was so afraid of him she shot him in the gut to try to kill him, as her only means of escape. Gritz said he tried to kill himself (for fear of her talking if arrested). What Special Forces expert tries to kill himself shooting himself in the stomach? Every suicide by competent SF personnel, shoot themselves in the head or put the barrel in their mouth.(with exception of a small percentage of women that don’t want to mess up their face.) So go ahead Bo beat your hair-covered knuckles on your chest and tell us how great you are!
You should look up Scott Barnes testimony before congress where he told the truth about TRAITOR Gritz missions into Vietnam to ”liquidate” Americans left behind. Kill them because they were carving their unit numbers in rice patties, unit numbers that led right back to Gritz. Satellites picked up these numbers and Richard Armitage told Gritz to go back and clean up the “garbage” he left behind! Sanitized CI agents Gritz sold into slavery with Kuhn Sa to further his dealings in the Heroine trade. Heroine Gritz also brought home from his “liquidation” trips that his wife and son Jimmy had to undergo drug rehab for. This spook make me want to puke!]
