I have heard little mention if any about the deposition given by Cary Janes Gagen to the second grand jury. Mr. Gagen had, according to documents, 15 months immunity from prosecution and was in the middle of the Arab connection that placed explosives INSIDE the building. In Mr.Gagens deposition he named names of the terroists as well as having pictures. He stated he had been trying to get his handlers within the Justice Dept. to bring him in for two weeks prior to the blast. He warned them all during this period of what was going to happen according to his deposition.
The day after the explosion the US Attorney revoked Mr. Gagen's immunity and issued a shoot on sight order to the authorities according to the deposition. Mr. Gagen would have been killed if not for the work of OK Rep. Keys who spearheaded the investigation of the terroist attack and obtained thje second grand jury proceedings.
The judge in both original trials refused any evidence that indicated anyone other than McVeigh & Nichols had been involved. If things go as it appears the state wants, Mr. Nichols will also be executed to prevent the truth of the matter from ever reaching the American public.
