Here in New Zealand there is a plan to abolish all town and city local authorities / local governments and to replace these with "Private Sector Providers" or "Public Private Partnerships" (PPP's) and through these to abolish all ownership of private property. The indications are that these Providers will be based overseas!!! Presumably this is the same hidden program in the US? Maybe they will start in California to overcome the debt problem there!

This is a massive move to change to our way of life and is the realisation of the Socialist dream, (through the back door). The PPP's are said to be the World Bank (soon to be the "World Development Agency") and the United Nations, who would "agree to help our governments financially" through this move. But really, help who?

"Rents" will be paid to the PPP's on every home occupied. With only one half of one eye, we can see the ultimate plan, can we not? Maybe we can work out who are behind this too?

For several years I have been aware of the plan to eliminate all private property ownership, but until now I have not been aware of how this might be effected. Believe it or not, another later step to come that I have evidence of, and that is to deny private ownership of all motor vehicles! Again, we would have to "rent a dent" and pay the PPP's rent for being able to use a motor vehicle.

It is already bad enough making bricks for our oppressors to build with, but to have no straw in the form of private ownership of houses and motor vehicles might be just what Israelites need to make them cry out to God for deliverence!

The report I have in writing says, "The government is currently hurriedly pushing this legislation through".
