Casey Nethercott was told by the prosecutor that he would be arrested by order of the Governor under the Patriot Act with no charges was picked up at 2:00 PM 9/1/04. There is deep concern, they may attempt to kill him while in jail. He has already made a statement that he will not commit suicide. They may make it appear to be the cause of his death, or kill him in his cell under the guise of a jail break. Last year they deprived him of his insulin, and added sugar to his diet.

They are prosecuting Casey for no other reason than to silence him. He protected his life and private property, because the authorities do not protect law abiding taxpaying citizens. They are labeling anyone who breaks the law a "terrorist" even for misdemeanors, so they can deny them the rights of due process. He did not break the law, which sent him to jail for 56 days last year, and had witnesses at trial. It is not only his God given right to protect his life, but his 2nd. amendment rights that have been infringed.

However, they permit "illegal" immigrants to cross the border, but refuse to prosecute them. In addition to Mexican, there are many OTM = Other Than Mexican (suspected terrorists and drug runners). Do we see the duplicity in fighting terrorism? There is no Homeland Security, costing us billions. Our porous borders are wide open, which Bush refuses to secure in violation of his "Oath of Office." Now just who are breaking the law(s) and fomenting a bloody civil war and jeopardizing National Security? Meanwhile the Senate is passing anti-gun laws while we are being invaded.

Why are we so good at protecting everyone else's borders, but not our own? That's because there is no war on "Terrorism" in the homeland. Another 100,000 troops (4 Natl. Guard units) will be sent to Iraq at the end of 2004 or early 2005 (not yet made public -- it's another embargoed news item), but needed on the SW border states due to an "Act of War" by the Mexican Army shelling ranchers with thousands of rounds of machine gun fire. They have also captured homeowners, and held them hostage, but all reports denied by the Border Patrol to keep it quiet. They have no alternative but to protect themselves, and luckily no one has been killed -- yet! There is war on the border!

Call her office, and let them know that you are against her charging, and arresting Casey under the Patriot Act!
They arrested him, without any charges! Do we see how the Patriot Act is now being abused against taxpaying citizens? If she can't protect Arizona citizens in her state, then she should be recalled from office.

A while back, Jack Foote of Ranch Rescue said, a Mexican military vehicle, patrolling the US border in Arizona. These 13 soldiers were armed with German-made machine guns, and patrol our border regularly. Why doesn't our own military secure our border?
