The mercury controversy is hitting home here in MO! I attended the hearing 2 weeks ago in Jeff City. Rep. Holands bill about banning mercury from vaccines. What a huge step for this man, who is an MD. The testimonies were outstanding and the DOH had nothing but rhetoric to offer. Contrary, the Chickenpox hearing with the Joint Committee on Admin. Rules was a win for the DOH-they were prepared and we fell very short on the concrete facts to support the request to not have the vaccine added to the mandatory list. NOW....mercury in vaccines, dental amalgams, nasal spray, medicines, fish, etc., are definitive sources, but you must also look at the mother of the child! If the mother has a mercury load, then the child has been conceived and formed and carries on the load. It is possible to find mercury, in toxic levels, in the baby hair of a baby whose mother is loaded with mercury from amalgams and high mercury consumption, not to mention injected directly into the body through regularly scheduled vaccines therefore creating a mercury load she may not be aware of!
