My dear fellow countrymen, why aren't you furious? We have just killed an estimated 5,000 Iraqi civilians....We, as a nation, just killed 5000 INNOCENT HUMAN BEINGS, and RUINED the lives of many more! Remember how angry you were when 3000 of our innocent civilian citizens were killed on 9-11? The Iraqis are no different than us. We will never know how many soldiers we killed in Iraq, and they were all innocent of any crime against our nation. Estimates are that 10,000 soldiers from the Iraqi army were killed, and now 530 of our sons and daughters have also been killed. So far, that is. 15,530 dead humans, ALL innocent, and for what?

My dear countrymen, I thought that when the President of OUR nation said "mission accomplished", it meant the killing has stopped, and our children were on the way home. I thought that meant that peace was at hand. Our children are NOT coming home, America. There are 130,000 U.S. troops suffering in the newly occupied Middle East, and the number is rising, along with the body count. Is the war over? Is that "mission accomplished"? What IS the mission?

My dear countrymen, why aren't you learning from the past? We have just CREATED many, many new terrorists by our military actions against innocent people. Now, the killing of Americans anywhere in the world by these same innocent people can only be called self defense. There were no Afghanis or Iraqis` on those planes, my countrymen. Do you hear that? THERE WERE ZERO AFGHANIS` OR IRAQIS` ON THOSE PLANES! So why have we just slaughtered them? War orphans make GREAT future terrorists. And Iraq did NOTHING to our country, except to sit on top of oil that our private industries want.

My dear countrymen, why aren't you disgusted by the actions of White House and the Capitol? They have sent HUNDREDS of our sons and daughters to their deaths already, and LIED to us about why it had to happen! This "war" has now wounded upwards of 15,000 of our children, and that number is only for the physically wounded. Many more have lost their minds by now.

My dear countrymen, why aren't you sickened? George Bush and his co-workers have just spent $200,000,000,000 of OUR money in a 300 day WAR ORGY, while we at home are losing thousands and thousands of jobs nationwide every day. Two Hundred Billion Dollars in 300 days! The bulk of those expenditures are benefiting the weapons and oil industries. That is not counting the $1,000,000 we spent to have the President fly on a jet and land on an aircraft carrier, to tell us "Mission Accomplished", while my sons drive 12 year old cars to their minimum wage jobs, with their college degrees in their pockets. Do we have money to burn in an illegal war? I just don't get it.

My dear countrymen, why aren't you frightened by the multitude of politicians in our country who are raping the same Constitution that they all swore to uphold. There are many, many people rotting innocently in jail since 9-11, for doing nothing, and charged with nothing! PRISON FOR DOING NOTHING! We have police dogs searching our schools every day. We have legalized police road blocks to stop and search every car going down the street. The type of person you are at work, is now determined by a urine specimen. We are fingerprinting EVERY PERSON entering our country. This represents the USA? This is the land of the FREE? Have ANY of you even read the so-called "USA PATRIOT Act? Do you have ANY IDEA what it says? I'll tell you what it says. It says that the Constitution is a thing of the past. It says the Bill Of Rights is invalid. It says we are now living in a police state.

U.S.A., why aren't you ASHAMED? 2,000,000 of your fellow citizens live imprisoned in a penal system that guarantees more of the same to come, many because of the persecution of anyone that uses certain types of plants. That is more per capita than any other country in the world. Meanwhile white collar criminals rob from honest working Americans, and drive their limousines into the sunset with the WORKERS MONEY in their bank accounts! TWO MILLION AMERICANS are in PRISON! What kind of a nation is evolving here, when prison is actually an up-grade in the lifestyle of many of our poorest?

Where is the land of the free? Where is the home of the brave? Complacency is killing our nation. Wherever you are, we need you HERE, and please hurry, because we, as a nation, are dying inside. I miss my country so very much. Come out, come out, wherever you are. It's time to take what is ours back, from the thieves that have stolen it. With love, from a man who is a veterans grandson, a veterans son, and a veteran. Please come home soon.
