Hello APFN: When a Public Official takes an Oath to support the
Constitution, which Constitution are they obliged to support,
the Original
Organic Constitution or the Federal Corporate Constitution,
which is part
of the Federal Government Corporate Charter, created and adopted
in the
early
1880's?
I believe all Oaths taken are to support the Corporate Federal
Government
Constitution, which, by unlawful conversion, is a Statutory
document under
'color of law'. Typically, Corporations are not accountable to
the People,
only to their Elite Stockholders. As all Corporate States are
Political
sub-divisions of the Corporate Federal government, the same
criteria applies
to every State.
My theory is based largely by the fact that NO Corporate
Government,
Federal, State or Local, ever upholds any Original Organic
Constitution. It
is a safe bet the BAR created all of these monolithic,
unaccountable 'for
profit' monstrosities, whose goal is to strip all customers
(Americans) of
their Life, Liberty and Property. Its a done deal!
