Levees were Sabotaged

Corp of Engineers barges went through BOTH the major levee breaks. Verified by rare pictures on the net. Also, my next door neighbor had a house in Lakeview. There was a loud BOOM which was stated to be consistent with a barge hitting a concrete levee. Within 15 minutes, she had to go into the attic to escape the flood. Within 30 minutes, she had chopped her way through the roof to escape again. Within a couple hours, civilian rescuers picked her up from the roof of her house. In the boat trip to dry land they bypassed the levee break where she saw the barge in the levee. Been there and know what happened.
