Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg (news - web sites) said Thursday that people concerned about losing freedom to government anti-terrorism efforts should speak out.

The Supreme Court is taking up several terror-related cases this spring, including challenges to the government detention of terror suspects without legal rights.


Ginsburg, speaking to a group of women's rights lawyers, was asked if people's rights were in danger.


"On important issues, like the balance between liberty and security, if the public doesn't care, then the security side is going to overweigh the other," she said.

Frankly, I could really care less what this CON-stitutional Butcherette has to say about the law, since she believes that America needs to adopt international legal opinions to guide us backwards Americans into the NEW AGE. However, I found her remarks relative to the apathetic condition of Americans towards issues such as the (unconstitutional) Patriot Act intolerable, here's why.

Hollyweird, in spite of all of it's negatives has been screaming bloody murder about the Patriot Act. Constitutional lawyers and citizens by the thousands, if not millions have been screaming while some federal judges have been striking various provisions of the "Patriot ABOMINATION" (A Bomb a Nation).

So where does this wench hang out, Mars ?

It's the same old story, the Big Lie told often enough will be believed. Anyone reading the article containing Ms. Jewburg's statements will come away from the article believing all Americans are apathetic relative to the Unlawful Patriot Act. Utter nonsense !!!
