This Isn't A "Vote Of Conscience" Concerning A Filibuster; It's A Vote To Save Democracy. And If Reid Can't Cajole And Bluster 41 Democrats Into Saving Democracy, He Should Resign His Position.

In 2002, Bush opposed proposed law that would have given him more power to spy under FISA. Said he didn't need it, and that proposed law was likely unconstitutional. But we now know Bush was already illegally spying on Americans far more than the proposed unconstitutional law would have allowed. This is huge.
