Dear Fellow Australians and Brother Americans,

US President George W. Bush's Inauguration Speech was wonderfully written and espoused Liberty and Freedom. However, there can be no Liberty or Freedom without their "Palladium" and their "Bulwark" which is, of course, the Right to Trial by Jury.

For President Bush's Speech to have credibility, the US Foreign Policy must promote the Right to Trial by Jury and guarantee that the US will only fight with the objective of ensuring that Trial by Jury is established into the Constitutions of all countries of the world. The precedent for this can be found in the American Declaration of Independence, itself.

Why then, is the US fighting a war in Iraq? (see the email below)

Yours sincerely,
John Wilson.

Subject: No Democracy for Iraq

Dear Fellow Australians,

The Iraqi Constitution can be found at http://www.iraqcoalition.org/government/TAL.html . It is not a Constitution for Democracy simply because there is no provision for Iraqi citizens to have the Right to Trial by Jury, which is essential in order that Sovereignty is truly in the hands of the People, ie: for the People to have the ultimate authority to make and impose laws. The word "Democracy", of course, means "people (demos) rule (kratos)", as explained in the attachment to this email.

Article 24 of the Iraqi Constitution sets out that the 3 Arms of Government will be (1) Legislative; (2) Executive; and (3) Judicial. "Judicial" means "The Judiciary" and Article 43 of that Constitution says, "The judiciary shall enjoy exclusive competence to determine the innocence or guilt of the accused pursuant to law, without interference from the legislative or executive authorities.".

Yours sincerely,
John Wilson.
