Hi I'm Dick Cheney. Originally I was going to sell off the contracts to rebuild Iraq, but instead I've decided to just put the whole kitten caboodle up for grabs. Should you win, you can divvy up the contracts as you see fit. This auction is for the Emperorship or Iraq. (Please note upon completion of this auction you must hold "elections" where you are "elected" Emperor in a landslide decision) This auction does not come with the people of Iraq, as they have been liberated. You are however free to change the flag and name as you see fit, but you are on your own with matters such as that. You must provide for a terror free country, should you fail in this it gets very ugly. You wouldn't want to win this auction, then end up living in a hole. Make sure you stay on top of the anti-terror stuff, VERY IMPORTANT. What else, um, blah blah blah, legal mumbo jumbo, etc, Haliburton gets 10 million US annually in a check made out to Dick Cheney, and I reserve the right to keep the governing rights even after you pay me.
