The CIA has classified technology that can perform a retinal scan
through a wall. Through-wall retinal scanning technology combined
with through-wall imaging technology allows the CIA to see images of
people behind walls and identify them with near 100 percent

Why do people claim that they have lived in haunted houses? Why do people claim that God has spoken to them? Why do people suddenly and unexpectedly go berserk and commit violent acts possibly with guns? Why do people claim that they are being harassed with mind control devices or radiation weapons? Why do people claim that electronic implants are implanted in their bodies to control them? Why do people claim they were setup by the system and sent to prison? Why do public officials find embarrassing or potentially devastating information about themselves leaked to news media organizations?

A possible answer to these questions is that these people were targeted by America's Secret Police. I named this secret police force "UltraSonics" because of the type of weapons they use to attack the people they are targeting. UltraSonics consists of private American citizens that operate above the law. UltraSonics has access to extremely sophisticated surveillance, harassment, and non-lethal weapons technology. This sophisticated technology is restricted technology and should only be available to special military and special non-secret police divisions but private American citizens have obtained it. These private American citizens are bound by no laws, other than their own, and they alone determine who is targeted.

Prominent and very powerful people in our society are aware of UltraSonics and they use their stature and prestige to protect the secret of UltraSonics. The secret of UltraSonics is so well kept and protected that anyone who does anything to place the secret of UltraSonics in jeopardy will find themselves ruined professionally, setup and sent to prison, or forced into a mental institution and drugged. The system protects UltraSonics and allows UltraSonics to operate above the law. UltraSonics activities have been so well hidden from the general public that no information about UltraSonics is available in print, on TV, or on the Internet (until this web site).

UltraSonics is a hate group and a terrorist organization. Like any other hate group or terrorist organization, UltraSonics has an extreme agenda. UltraSonics’ agenda is to create the society they feel is the proper one and target anyone who somehow threatens their agenda. This targeting of people who threaten the agenda includes conducting surveillance of and attacking the people who somehow threaten or place UltraSonics’ agenda in jeopardy.

With media attention paid to past hate crimes, such as KKK cross burnings on African Americans’ home lawns, it’s increasing difficult for hate groups to use conventional methods of the past to terrorize the people they hate. With today’s sophisticated electronics technology, unconventional methods, which can’t be proven in court or reported by the news media, are now being used by hate groups as a means of implementing their extreme agenda.

UltraSonics targets the most vulnerable members of our society, people with mental disabilities. UltraSonics views mentally ill people as a threat to neighborhood communities. UltraSonics uses their sophisticated technology to manipulate, trick, and terrorize people with mental disabilities. One primary goal of UltraSonics is to force people with mental disabilities out of neighborhood communities and into mental institutions for treatment. Once forced into mental institutions, mentally ill people are then legally forced onto prescribed medications that they must take for the remainder of their lives. These medications have been referred to as mind-altering and mind-disabling drugs because the drugs can cause damage to the brain and nervous system. These medications give a person what is referred to as a “Chemical Lobotomy”, a Lobotomy without surgery, and turns him into a Walking Zombie.

Other members of a neighborhood community that are viewed as a threat to UltraSonics’ agenda, could find this sophisticated technology used against them as well. A person's past history, current behavior, race, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, politics, attitude, and/or ideas could qualify him as a threat to UltraSonics’ agenda. The person targeted by UltraSonics can be a man, women, or child.

Public officials who threaten UltraSonics’ agenda are placed under surveillance to gather potentially damaging information about the public officials that can be used at a later time to publicly embarrass the pubic officials or destroy their careers. Public officials’ family members, friends, and mistresses are also placed under surveillance to assist in the gathering of this information.

Funding for UltraSonics’ operations come from several sources. A federal government agency called HUD (Housing and Urban Development), mental health service providers, drug companies, real estate companies, and other private and public sources are funding UltraSonics’ operations. HUD illegally diverts funds from government programs at the local level to covertly fund UltraSonics’ operations. Mental health service providers covertly funnel profits from the forced incarceration of mentally ill people in mental institutions to fund UltraSonics’ operations. Drug companies covertly funnel profits from the forced medication of mentally ill people to fund UltraSonics’ operations. Real Estate Companies covertly provide funding to UltraSonics’ operations to drive socially undesirable people out of neighborhood communities, thereby increasing real estate values. Other public and private sources of funding also exist.

After posting the threatening FBI email on the Internet, I received information from a person who claims to have knowledge of the harassment group that targeted me.
