Thank you for your excellent treatise on Paranoid Shift. However, what most do not realize that you do not have to be connected to the federal government to experience this phenomena. The evils that bring out about this mind warping syndrome have corrupted our society all the way to our city and local governments. My personal experiences as an employee in a major metropolitan city confirm that this is the case.
