Just a few quick notes.
First Para: United States is sometimes defined as the free associated compact states. What def. was given by Ross according to Hooven? Bait and switch? Second P: I do not know how any law that is not enabled can be enforced. Residence is a jurisdictional term and notice somehow the court said he was resident alien to U.S. Resident (theres the jurisdictional term) alien (the court knows the difference between citizen and alien) of U.S. If there was no jurisdiction it is not refusal to plead!!!!! Third P: Since when did the United States of America gain a taxing authority? The United States is the Federal Gov. The States are the other jurisdictions seperatly. Bait and switch, or can different terms mean the same thing in proper law? Trial and evidentiary P: Whats the IRS agent business in talking to defense witnesses on eve of trial? The agent is not the prosecutor. Next P: Yes, Laws pertaing to the stamp tax. Look for what they don't say. FN 1: If the income is from a "source" in 1.861 CFR. Look for what is not argued.
