There they go again. Notice how they are passing legislation through the Senate FIRST (no need to filibuster, it can be stopped in the House, right?) and THEN send it to the House. If I remember my Constitutional Law classes, legislation is supposed to originate in the House, not in the Senate.

But who cares? They are passing laws without even voting on them. Not only laws, but international treaties (the Law of the Land) are also being ratified without proper procedure -- and this is the handiwork of our beloved Republicans, no less.

As for that traitor, Phil Gramm, is anyone aware that, on 18-Jan-2001, he led a commission of FIVE senators (3 Republicans, 2 Dems) to Mexico to begin negotiations to grant amnesty to 7 million Mexicans who illegally entered the U.S.?
