SUPREME COURT DECIDES NOT TO HEAR BAPTIST TEMPLE'S APPEAL

FEDERAL MARSHALS WILL RAID CHURCH SOON!!

In a blow to Religious Freedom, the Supreme Court decided NOT to hear the
appeal of the Indianapolis Baptist Temple this morning. This leaves the 7th
Circuit Court's ruling intact. In effect, any unregistered churches in
America can now be pursued by the government. Their purpose will be to bring
them under control of the government. Using the IBT case as a precedent,
they will claim that ALL churches are LEGAL ENTITIES of some sort, making
them subject to government regulation. This has historically NOT been true.
Unregistered, unlicensed churches have traditionally NOT been subject to
"general regulatory laws".

THE GOVERNMENT IS ALREADY QUOTING THIS CASE TO PURSUE OTHER CHURCHES AS WE
WRITE!!

This means that THE MARSHALS WILL BE COMING BY FRIDAY!

US MARSHAL Frank Anderson, a Baptist deacon himself, says that the Justice
Department has pressured him to seize the property before Inauguration Day.
Please call him and urge him NOT TO. Urge him to take a stand as a Christian
first, refusing to do what he has publicly acknowledged is "the wrong
thing".

Marion County Sheriff Jack Cottey has been good to us, in that he has
refused to take part in the seizure. But he needs to go further. As the
highest law enforcement officer in the County, he has jurisdiction over
federal marshals. He has the authority to keep the marshals from carrying
out the seizure. Ask him to carry out his duty to protect the Indianapolis
Baptist Temple from illegal federal seizure.

RALLY WEDNESDAY JAN. 17TH AT HIGH NOON!!

We will mourn the Death of Religious Liberty in America at High Noon on
Wednesday. The free pulpit will be systematically put down from here out, so
that all that is left are government-controlled churches that are forbidden
to preach freely from their pulpits. That is the government's goal. They
will bring it to pass if this seizure does not stir some outrage.
