FORMAL LEGAL NOTICE

Good Morning, Mr. Governor,

Yesterday, at a publicly noticed, select committee on the constitution,
a public meeting event, I properly filed my form to speak and my subject
was government corruption by illegal amendments to the constitution of
the state of Florida.

Once called to speak and as I proceeded with my questioning and subject,
I quietly and politely inquired for a show of hands if any of these 13
seated Florida representatives had lied when they took their sworn oaths
of public office...... their collective eyes all bulged wide open and
they appeared shocked and alarmed.

I then advised them that their sworn oaths legally required them to take
legal action against certain officials or judges who I have solid
evidence that are currently unindicted felons of Florida laws and are
currently holding public office or are wearing judicial robes.

As I proceeded, Rep. Joe H. Pickens, sadly, stopped me in mid sentence
and said that the failure of the legislation to impeach some of these
felonious judges or public officials as per the Florida constitution was
not an "approved" free speech subject.

I asked him if following or not following the state constitution was
required by elected officials and Judge Cope, Reader's Digest No.1 most
corrupt judge in America? I asked him why Judge Cope was still wearing
a robe..... he said, "I don't know" (....on the public record.)

The representative then claimed that he knew "all about" what I was
going to say and it was not a proper free speech question or subject and
I was publicly rebuffed and then ordered by him, "The Committee Chair",
to stop my free speech and to take my seat.

After the conference, he stated that he "was going" to let me continue
later and therefore, "he had NOT violated" my guaranteed Florida
constitutional rights to free speech and he only wanted to make sure
others had a chance to speak, but unfortunately, all of my time was used
up by the other citizen speakers that had come to the meeting room very
late and "after" I had been told to be stop talking and sit down and yet
thay all followed "after" I was ordered to be seated.

I will again note, that following my public censorship..... other
speakers, who had come in "very late" and after I was ordered to sit
down, were "all" allowed by Chairman Pickens, to prepare their cards
after people had already filed their's and he carefully used up all of
my allotted time by an overage of 5 minutes and an early meeting
adjournment.

Chairman Pickens then advised me that I should just write his office
this letter.

He then gave me his card with the hint of a grin on his face.

The record will show that my subject was one of, if not the shortest
speeches and numerous other speakers had 4 to 5 times more time to speak
and mine was probably one of the very few that had related "directly" to
the constitutional amendments and "political amendments from the bench"
by various corrupt officials and judges tied to special political
interests.

My elected official constitutional corruption subject was the only one
censored and I was the only one ordered to stop speaking and sit down
regarding their failures to abide by their sworn oaths of office.

One citizen from Polk county spoke of his big pigs and cows, one teacher
spoke about her not getting paid enough, one man spoke of smoking in his
5 restaurants, one speaker spoke of class size in schools, one person
complained that his young daughter was not getting state aid for her day
school, one scared lady was a spiritualist named "Queen" and claimed
that God told her to come and tell them that the representatives seated
before her were not doing their jobs and all needed to be Baker acted,
one spoke about not allowing petitions to be signed in front of local
food markets, and on and on.

As our elected Governor, and also constitutionally obligated to protect
free speech laws in Florida, could you help me expose this aforestated
flagrant free speech violation as I want to take this to the state and
federal courts as a serious civil rights violation as Rep. Pickens
"personally" and unconstitutionally ordered my censorship and denial of
my free speech (and not by the required majority vote of the members of
this select committee) that was censored because this very
representative was the same individual of a larger judiciary group who
was charged with blunting the Florida constitutional impeachment
requirements of politically corrupt officials and judge Cope and other
judges.

Representative Joe H. Pickens failed to apologise to me either in person
face to face after the meeting or in public. Some committee members
told me after the meeting and in the parking lot at Moffitt in Tampa
that his public free speech censorship was professionally deplorable and
legally inexcusable.

The conference room was full of witnesses and this is all on tape.

Same ole' Florida political crap.

The only good news I got from Moffitt yesterday was that my relapsed
intestine and aorta tumors have finally responded to my latest new
modified chemo series and the new cloned DNA vaccine trial from San
Diego is a "go" in two weeks.... I will be notified when it lands at the
Tampa airport in a special container as an organ transplant priority.

I was the only "once" terminal patient at Moffitt to volunteer for this
new study... so far so good.

Hi Bobbie,
It was very nice meeting you and thanks for your USF business card.
When we were sitting next to each other on the front row, I had advised
you that I was going to drop some pretty tough moral and ethical
questions to all 13 seated Florida State Representatives.

As I had expected, those in power will not permit any citizen to expose
their elected official's corruption and violations of the Florida
Constitution.... even if they have to again violate the state and
federal constitution by doing so as noted below in my letter to Rep. Joe
H. Pickens, Florida State Representative, District 21.

This was a classic example of Tyranny.

An investigator of federal and state government corruption and a
constitutional free speech activist called me this morning and
recommended that this recorded meeting be made available.

Therefore, was the gentleman at the audio recording equipment part of
the USF sponsor's technical team or was he a member of the media? If
you know him, please provide his name and phone number.

It was great meeting you.
