An outstanding article. I will send this artice to every policing agency in the Metro detroit area. Surprising enough, both Detroit and Ann Arbor have passed resolutions to either restrict the patriot act within the city(s) limits or have annulled it. Hopefully many of the policing agencies have the common sense and integrity to withstand the demands, that superiors that want government control, to obey federal desires.
