Martial Law, exists when military authorities carron government or exercise various degrees of control over civilians in domestic territory.

POLICE ROADBLOCKS GET COURT O K.....

Officers may stop motorists to request information the justices rule in a 6-3 decision.

The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that police may set up roadblocks to collect tips , information, rejecting concerns that authorities might use the checkpoints to fish for unrelated suspicious activity.

It allows police to block traffic and ask motorists for information.

Critics have complained that the authorities might misuse the power disguising dragnets as informational checkpoints.

Police may also be allowed to hand out fliers or ask drivers to volunteer information at these roadblocks as they wish.

The delays may seem relatively innocuous to some but annoying to others, ....still others find the unpublished roadblocks being set up some at midnight on a Saturday somewhat alarming.

Yeap, its here folks..........The New World Order Has Arrived....... Buckle your seat belts because more invasion of your privacy is on its way !!!
