2003.
Start 2003: Second half of 2003 will be great.
Start 2004: The US economy produced 1,000 jobs in december of 2003.

How many times can you fucking fascists watch a policy fail before you
take note. By this time in Clinton's first term we were in the middle
of a massive boom and you guys attacked him. I mean if one of you
fucking fascists say "lagging indicator" one more fucking time.

Maybe when you have 3 years of stagnation and millions of jobs lost in
a term of a certain policy you open your fucking eyes and see that
this policy is a failure.
