The 9/11 Accountability Conference is coming soon! Our conference promises to be an enormous gathering of educated and concerned American Citizens along with a fantastic line-up of speakers focused on holding those responsible for the crimes of September 11, 2001 . . . ACCOUNTABLE!

The event will take place in the Crowne Plaza San Marcos Resort, Arizona’s first golf resort and historic landmark with outstanding accommodations. Nestled in the historic downtown district of Chandler, The Crowne Plaza San Marcos Golf Resort is proud to be the crowning glory of the hotels Chandler, Arizona has to offer. 9/11 Accountability will provide free shuttle service for all exhibitors arriving at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. If you are arriving by car, driving directions are available here.

The conference will begin at 7:00 PM on Friday, February 23, 2007 and end at 9:00 PM on Sunday. The Exhibit Room (SanTan Room) will be open to the public from 9:00AM to 10:00PM on both Saturday and Sunday, and will be available for set-up from 10:00PM to midnight on Friday night and at 6:00AM on Saturday morning. The entire Exhibit Room will be locked and secured every night after the completion of the day’s events, and breakdown must be complete by midnight on Sunday.

There will be room for 32 spaces on a first-come/first-serve basis, consisting of anywhere from one to five 6’ skirted and draped tables with one to two chairs per booth. You will find two copies of the basic floor plan here. Please contact myself, Eric D. Williams, to secure your location. If you prefer a table in the hallway near registration, please contact me.

The Exhibit Room will have two entrances. It will also be conveniently located between the two lecture halls and patio with a parking lot, registration and restrooms nearby. Furthermore, to generate more traffic the speaker tables will be in the same room in a center island. These tables are marked “Speaker” (see diagram below). All attendees will be instructed to visit the Exhibit Room following each lecture.

The cost breakdown for the entire weekend has NOT increased, and is as follows:
(1) table for $200 / (2) for $370 / (3) for $555 / (4) for $600 / (5) for $750.
Electricity is $5.00 extra per day.

These prices include (per Exhibitor) two weekend passes to all the events both days. We have arranged a convention sleeping room rate of $140.00 per night. Call the Crowne Plaza San Marcos Resort at - (480) 812-0900 or toll-free (800) 528-8071 - and mention “9/11 ACCOUNTABILITY CONFERENCE” to get that rate.

This event will be followed by a raffle during the Saturday evening events. I am requesting that all exhibitors kindly provide something, as I will, for this raffle. This will generate further incentive for attendees to visit the Exhibit Room and try your goods and/or services.
