Yeeeeowwww! What a load! I would have tried to focus on a single issue if you hoped to get the attention of the International Criminal Court, but what you have created is a tremendous syllabus for investigating unsolved megacrimes all over the world and throughout the last half century, right up to this week's Iran quake. Way to go. It's fabulous. Mind if I send it all over the world? I'll wait for your answer (usually I don't).

protect our nation's leaders, visiting world leaders, and the
integrity of the nation's financial systems."

MISSION STATEMENT
The Secret Service is charged with protecting the President and
Vice President of the United States and their immediate families;
the President-elect and Vice President-elect and their immediate
families; former Presidents and their wives; the widows of former
Presidents until death or remarriage; minor children of a former
President until they reach 16 years of age; visiting heads of
foreign states or foreign governments and their spouses traveling
with them; and, at the direction of the President, official
representatives of the United States performing special missions
abroad, major Presidential and Vice-Presidential candidates and
within 120 days of the general Presidential election the spouses
of such candidates. Presidents elected to office after January
1,1997, will receive Secret Service protection for 10 years after
leaving office. Individuals elected to office prior to January 1,
1997, will continue to receive lifetime protection. Furthermore,
the Secret Service provides security at the White House
Complex; the Treasury Building and Treasury Annex; buildings
that house Presidential offices; the Vice President's residence;
and various foreign diplomatic missions in the Washington, D.C.,
metropolitan area or in other areas as designated by the
President.

The Secret Service is charged with the detection and arrest of
any person committing any offense against the laws of the United
States relating to coins, currency, stamps, Government bonds,
checks, credit/debt card fraud, computer fraud, false
identification crimes, and other obligations or securities of the
United States. The mission of the Secret Service also includes
investigations related to certain criminal violations of the Federal
Deposit Insurance Act, the Federal Land Bank Act, and the
Government Losses in Shipment Act.
