Dec. 30, 2004 I did errands in Seattle with my dad (I drive - he is elderly
plus 2 = carpool and that's important driving in Seattle)

We came back a different way because of the traffic - and on Tukwila
International Boulevard (HWY 99 --- formerly Pacific Highway South) near SeaTac, WA
(12500 Tukwila International Boulevard) There is a brand new building ---
several stories tall - fairly big ---- and in front of the building is a sign
identifying it as belonging to the 'department of homeland security'

The building is about 3-1/2 miles North of SeaTac International airport along
the same highway the airport is near the Duwamish Y and before you get to
East Marginal Way

Obviously they have major plans for this building. I find it hard to believe
that it is just to do with "terrorists"

If you are interested I threw together a web page with pics and description
of the homeland security building. I don't intend on keeping the page up for
long so copy the pics and descriptions now if you want them (or request by
email - I'll keep copies on my hard drive) The private folder on AOL is not
accessed by web crawlers so it isn't available to anyone unless they have the exact
address.
