"The Federal Election Commission (FEC) administers the Federal laws governing financing of candidates for the Presidency, Vice Presidency, the U.S. Senate, and the U.S. House of Representatives. COLCHESTER, Conn., Dec. 27, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Scott+Scott, LLC (http://www.scott-scott.com) initiated on December 13, 2005, the first of a number of similar securities fraud class actions against Diebold, Inc. (``Diebold'' or the ``Company'')

Heres a prime example of government mis-appropriations of funds and money and systems that for administrative reasons never reach their intended target

"EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION"
"The 2006 Budget provides $331 million for EEOC, which is $4 million, or one percent, more than the level in the 2005 Consolidated Appropriations Act. The Budget would allow EEOC to continue its outreach to workers and employers, and to reposition the agency for improved service."

GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION
http://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/budget/fy2006/other.html
"The General Services Administration (GSA) assists Federal agencies in operating more efficiently and effectively by providing superior workplaces, expert information technology solutions, and best value acquisition services."

"NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD" "The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) regulates private-sector employer and union relations to minimize interruptions to commerce caused by strikes and worker-management discord. NLRB supervises elections in which employees determine whether to be represented by a union. The Board is also authorized to prevent and remedy unlawful acts, called unfair labor practices, by unions or employers"
"The 2006 Budget provides $252 million for NLRB’s primary activities"

OFFICE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
http://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/budget/fy2006/other.html "The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is the central human resources agency for the Federal Government and the primary policy agency supporting the President as he carries out his responsibilities for managing the Federal workforce" "The 2006 Budget requests $242 million to finance OPM’s efforts to continue its leadership in the management and oversight of Government-wide human capital systems, initiatives and strategies, and administration of the Federal employees’ benefit trust funds (retirement, health benefits, and life insurance)"

Snow urges Congress to raise debt limit
http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20051229/pl_nm/economy_debtlimit_dc_1

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Treasury Secretary John Snow warned lawmakers on Thursday that a legally set limit on the government's ability to borrow will be hit in mid-February and urged Congress to raise it quickly.

"The administration now projects that the statutory debt limit, currently $8.184 trillion, will be reached in mid-February 2006,"

Snow said that Treasury, if the debt limit was not raised by then, would have to take "extraordinary actions" to keep paying its bills for everything from Social Security to national defense spending."

Certainly we do not need massive government investment into these programs,
Civil rights violations by an employer is an obvious judiciary matter.
More importantly government officials should by themselves be able to manage their offices.

If the wishes to run like a business, then they should at least do it right not have so many overlaping services. Those listed above do not include all the Law enforcement Services that have overlapping jurisdictions

Instead they offer only to forever tap the reserves of the public funds and trust. Forever increasing Taxes, making laws, spending carelessly, and linning their pockets with our money.
