Attached is my correspondence to Tom Bearup regarding another very distressing situation that I do not consider unrelated to my research and investigation of narcotics matters in Arizona.
I will be calling today to arrange a time that I can come down to your headquarters to present additional evidence. I believe that I can give a good physical description of one of the individuals behind the theft of my car. Under the circumstances of all that has proceeded this current crime I would like to use a police artist to reconstruct a likeness of this person.
I would also appreciate our making the conference call to my source who has worked for Ted Shackley for 25 years. I also believe that a burst of interest by the Sheriff's office in this car will result in its prompt return.
