Subject: Another request that your office investigate the irregularities surrounding the theft of my car and files.
It is most egregious that after I clearly stated my firm belief that the Tempe Police Street Crimes Division was complicit in the theft of my car that your top personnel refused to even make a phone call to the Tempe Police to express their interest and maintained that "Tempe Police had jurisdiction and that would be interfering". Never was it asked why I thought they were involved.
