The Associated Press article on "Homeland Security" by MICHELLE LOCKE, posted on this site by Aftermath News, repeats a common misconception. If the misconception is repeated often enough, as Hitler stated in Mein Kompf, most people will believe it. We are told that "federal law trumps any local ordinance." The trick is in the word "ordinance." An ordinance is not a law. This is an equating of apples to bananas trick. We learned in the first grade that you can not do that, but the deception still works with most people.

County Law trumps Federal Ordinance -- this is the key point our federal masters do not want us to know. Ours is not a pyramid system of government, with power and authority from the top down. The U.S. Federal Government apparatus is not over the people. We The People are over the political entity we created. The power of the people is most manifest in County Government.
