Dear Americans of the three races, and of all national origins

A few years ago, I noticed that the news media and the Immigration and Naturalization Service began to refer to illegal aliens as “illegal immigrants.” There was obviously a reason, so I looked into it.

Yesterday, I called the Immigration and Naturalization Service (I.N.S.). I asked the agent there what the difference is between the terms "illegal alien" and "illegal immigrant"? He told me an illegal immigrant is an illegal alien whose intention is to live permanently in this country. He also told me that an illegal alien whose intentions are to stay here temporarily is not an illegal immigrant. Whether an illegal alien is also an illegal immigrant depends on his intentions.

On the surface, this may seem like an academic distinction. It is not an academic distinction; it is a legal distinction. To refer to all illegal aliens as illegal immigrants is to know what their intentions are, a priori. How is that possible? The word "immigrant” refers to the person’s intentions. There is no way to know what each of these peoples’ intentions are, en masse, without asking each of them.

To reclassify all “illegal aliens” as “illegal immigrants”, is to place all of them in a legally protected category. At that point, the U.S. Government is forced to go through a more involved, much longer and more expensive legal process to extradite the so-called "illegal immigrant." If you multiply this by millions, it becomes an impossibility. The people in the I.N.S. know exactly what they are doing. This is another example of government by deception.

The Americans who suffer the most from the flood of illegal aliens into this country are those who are the most economically disadvantaged. The Americans who benefit the most are the owners, stockholders and C.E.O.s of industries which compete for the cheapest labor. The most corrupt and oppressive governments around the world are using our open borders as a safety valve for their own regimes. As long as this safety valve exists, there will be no changes in those countries. Hundreds of millions of people will continue to be forced to live in subhuman conditions in those countries.
