For many years, Steven Swan of Auburn, New Hampshire was a follower and promoter of the income tax theories of nationally-known income tax protester Irwin Schiff of Las Vegas, Nevada. Schiff believes that as many as a million Americans have stopped paying federal income taxes based upon his theories.

Eventually Swan realized that Schiff's income tax theories were incorrect and in order to try to warn people of this fact, Swan launched an Internet Web site refuting them one-by-one. The Web site is located at http://www.SchiffIsWrong.info

Swan has now set up an Internet discussion group for others who believe that Schiff's income tax theories are incorrect or who have become victims of Schiff's erroneous income tax theories. The "Irwin Schiff Is Wrong" discussion group is located at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/schiffiswrong .

Thanks for your quick interest in using a RECALL PETITION to correct the
attitude of politicians in Washington.

The information about a RECALL PETITION drive in California and Texas came
through the wonderful networking of emailing between college students. That
is how it was picked up here in Louisiana by students, and at this time I do
not now who to contact. In Louisiana a RECALL PETITION for any reason or no
reason has to be filed with the Governor and he sends all the required
registration and official petition forms to be signed by registered voters.

My only interest, is to help these young people in Louisiana any way I can.
They will use the most powerful defense weapon the Federal Constitution and
our State Constitution gives us to make sure our elected officials will
serve the wishes of the electorate and honor their oath of office to
"preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

At my age I have lived through six major wars engineered by the war lords of
the White House. I served in one, and I have joined the ranks of protests
against the other five- - all to no avail. I realize now there is only one
effective way to alter the crash course politicians have plotted for our
country: remove them from office. One of the organizers for the RECALL
PETITION here said, if all the antiwar protestors in so many states had been
circulating a RECALL PETITION of their Senators while marching, their
protests would have been heard and respected in Washington.

Just imagine your reaction if you were any arrogant Senator who has been
entrenched in Congress like a permanent resident who suddenly is notified a
RECALL PETITION is underway in his state to booth him out of office. THAT
WOULD GET YOUR VERY SERIOUS ATTENTION, and would get you back to your state
to defend your actions that have violated your oath of office.

Please let me know how the constitution in your state reads on RECALL
PETITIONS. I will ask the organizers here give you the details of their
RECALL PETITION after they file it with the Governor of Louisiana. Please
pass the word on that the best defense of a peaceful, free America is an
offense against aloof politicians in Washington with RECALL PETITIONS.
