Floridians with guns urgently needed to rescue a woman who is being intentionally starved and dehydrated to death in Pinellas, Park, FL.

THIS IS A CALL TO ARMS for Floridians. This is not a joke. Immediate action is required to save the life of a woman who is being intentionally starved and dehydrated to death by Order of a Florida Court. This woman has committed NO CRIME.

The woman is Mrs. Terri Schiavo. She is brain injured, but NOT brain dead. She is conscious, can acknowledge the presence of people, can smile and even cry. But due to a brain injury she sustained in the early 1990's, she is seriously disabled.

Her "husband" a man who presumably vowed on an altar, in a church, before Almighty God, to love, honor and cherish his wife until death do them part, filed a case in Florida State Court to have his wife's feeding and water tube removed so she will starve and/or dehydrate to death.

The woman's parents have objected to this course of action, but the court gave the husband "legal custody" by making him the woman's "Legal Guardian" and thus, her own parents have nothing to say in the matter according to the court!

Last week, the court ordered the removal of feeding and water tubes which sustain Terri. Today is her FIFTH day without food or water. She is expected to die VERY SOON.

This situation is an outrage. We do not deprive people of their right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness simply because a "legal guardian" thinks death would be better than life. In my opinion, this is cold-blooded, pre-meditated murder on the part of the husband and the Florida Court is an accessory before the fact. Make no mistake, in my view, "murder" is the correct word both legally and morally in this situation, for the definition of "murder" is the "killing of an innocent person." Terri Schiavo has committed no crime.

Mrs. Schiavo's parents have just about exhausted their legal remedies, save for one. They have filed an abuse and neglect complaint with the state, seeking to have Governor Jeb Bush intervene to protect Mrs. Schiavo from this court-ordered starvation death. To date, Governor Bush has failed to act.

Today, there is a special, one day session of the Florida state legislature. The Florida Assembly is expected to pass a Bill placing an immediate moratorium on all starvation and dehydration orders pending in the state of Florida. HOWEVER, the President of the Florida Senate, Republican Jim King, OPPOSES the Bill and says he will NOT present it to the Senate.

So intent is the Husband that this woman die, the husband's lawyer even refused to allow Mrs. Schiavo to receive a Communion wafer and Holy Water during the "Last Rites" administered by the family Priest! In fact, two police officers in the room with Mrs. Schiavo told the Priest they would not let him have access to Mrs. Schiavo if he planned to "put anything in her mouth!" These sick bastards have actually denied her HOLY COMMUNION!

In my view, this situation cries out for the option of last resort: The use of deliberate force-of-arms by armed citizens!

I call upon the citizens of Florida to take up arms against this injustice. I call upon citizens of Florida to surround the hospice, take control of it for the sole purpose of rescuing Terri Schiavo, removing her from that Hospice and bringing her to her parents or to another medical facility outside the jurisdiction of Florida courts so as to save her life.

Bear in mind that police are guarding this facility and are in the woman's room, enforcing a Court Order which is ILLEGAL ON ITS FACE. Like those tried at Nuremberg, these officers will not be able to hide behind the excuse "we were only following orders." It is the right and duty of police officers to refuse to enforce ILLEGAL ORDERS. The reason this Court Order is illegal is that Terri Schiavo has been denied due process of law. Her husband has gotten due process, but Terri has not. It is impossible for one who is "Guardian" of another, to claim they are seeking what's best for the person they are guarding by having that person starved to death. The whole concept of a "Guardian" is diametrically opposed to what is happening in this case. It is stupidity on stilts! The police need to step back from this situation and think - fast - about what they're doing. If they persist in enforcing this ILLEGAL ORDER, they will be completely disregarding their Oaths of office to uphold the Constitution of the United States which requires equal treatment under law and due process of law, and the Constitution of Florida. I urge Floridians to take whatever steps are necessary to persuade, cajole, or overcome these police, hopefully without the use of force, but WITH ALL DELIBERATE FORCE IF NEEDED, so as to effect a rescue of Terri Schiavo. Sadly, this may require lethal force. I hope it doesn't, but it may.

Do not feel bad about what must be done. Saving this totally helpless, completely innocent woman is the duty of every citizen. If you stand by and do nothing, you are worse than those who are killing this woman. PLEASE, residents of Florida, I beg you to take action NOW. Today, Monday October 20, 2003, before it is too late.
