Dear Governor Bush and Secretary Regier:

I, _____________, am notifying you of a Report “Abuse/Abandonment / Neglect /Exploitation” that we filed, concerning Ms. Schiavo with the Florida Department of Children and Families at 12:58 PM today on the department’s “Fax Hotline” (800-914-0004).

It appeared that the parents were trying to save her life, during the coarse of this element. The Father Sued and he won a medical malpractice suit and was awarded $700,000.00 in cash and more. He said during that trial, that he wanted to take care of Terri, the rest of her life, as the way she is, in her present condition. After he won the award, he changed his mind and has now disconnected her from the feeding tube. She breathes and is responsive to voices, but can't talk or feed herself. She answers question in a distinctive way, and there is no doubt, that Terry understands and is truly alive!

The father hired doctors to testify, one of which is a Nobel Prize winner, who said he believes they can teach Terri to feed herself. The father has never tried to do this and is not even going to let her try, even after the father winning the Lawsuit under his own omission. The father stated that he wanted her to live and was going to care for her, for the rest of her days!

It has just come to light, that he's engaged to a woman who's had one child by him, with a second child on the way, this which speaks for his own integrity by itself.

A Court authorized removal of the feeding tube, under the fraudulent submission to the original Court of jurisdiction, upon the malpractice suit. The Supreme Court
refused to intervene at this time! there is no time left as the proceding of starvation has already started to take effect and there is no time to make applications and arguments in this case of Manslaughter!

There are many men and women in state institutions, that need help caring for and they have a right to live and do live, as Terri does not at this time! Terri has that right, To Live!

Attorneys have told the Governor, he can authorize a criminal investigation, at least in part, because of accusations of spouse abuse, conflict of interest, fraud, etc., but he so far, has not done this. Terri has this right! This information, or most of it, is on a Website set up by parents and friends of Terri, www.terrisfight.org.

Based on my formal complaint via the faxed report referenced above, you have the authority and sufficient cause to immediately order the Florida Department of Children and Family Services to intervene, on behalf of Ms. Schiavo; to restore her nutrition and to initiate a full investigation of the circumstances, surrounding Ms. Schiavo’s disability. These actions are consistent, with Ms. Schiavo’s protections under the U.S. Constitution, and Child Welfare Services! It was establish for the sole purpose, that if a Parent was not willing or capable to care for a child in any way, the Florida Constitution (Art. 2, ' 5), as well as Fla. Stat. ' 825.102 and Fla. Stat. '' 782.04(2)(i), 77.04.

Your immediate attention to this important matter, as to the irreparable harm will be done if not stopped, will be irreversible. It is appreciated to your prompted attention, at this time. This is a life that cannot be replaced and there are always new cures around the corner, to repair this damage!

We did appeal the Governor of Florida today! To remove the Order from the inferior Court! As life is so precious and should not be wasted nor taken by anyone just because they are sick! Or cannot do for them selves, Terri is not brain Dead, she is able to communicate wherefore she has life and has that right to live at this time, The cruelest way anyone could die is by way of starvation when they have knowledge of living! This is what is going on at this moment! right now she lays helplessly wanting food and/or water as to the cramps in her stomach and throughout her body! I don't believe you would let your own Dog or Cat die like that! This is the one and only reason I choose to take on this issue! Please help Terri by sending to your friends this e-mail to fax letters to the Child welfare administration and the Governor of Florida, Jeb Bush! Thank You!
