In this issue of Politopia, I attempted to uncover the real situation of the rape of Iraq, nicknamed 'liberation'. Reporting on the sexual rape of the Muslim women of Iraq by American mercenaries demanded a lot of moral courage on my behalf. Offensive as it is to me, personally, and to every Arab who will read it, it was a must. Hiding behind our ethical code of modesty and refraining from disclosing trespass on our sexual honour can only serve the illegitimate American Administration. To Egyptians and all Arabs, I offer my deepest apology, but mostly to the Iraqi women I am posting their photos, telling them: your honour is mine; your bodies are the bodies of the nation. Do not feel shame – Shame is on the America of today, alone. The revolting pictures had to posted as is, since the Hollywood nation claims everyone else is a product of the movie culture.
