You might also request the United Nations allow testing of all areas where Depleted Uranium munitions have been utilized. Leaving unexploded DU rounds for children to play with makes not sense in ANY COUNTRY when there is no WORLD WAR THREE having been called.

Remember the DU Ammunition and Weapons gives any U.S. or ALLIED FORCE the upper hand SO LONG AS THE ENEMIES OR TERRORISTS DO NOT HAVE THE WEAPONS. What is sad remains the undeniable fact that CIVILIANS - Men, Women- Children and unborn will become victims WORLDWIDE!

IF the United States Military CANNOT FILE SUIT UNDER EXISTING LAWS PASSED BY SOMEONE PROTECTING THE GOVERNMENT FROM THE CONTRACT EMPLOYEES CALLED MILITARY OR CIVILIAN WORKERS then perhaps it is time for the FAMILIES TO FILE SUIT seeking specific damages for the loss of their loved one or the loss of the loved one's ability to protect the family unit. Going to the Iraq/Afghan areas is no doubt DUTY AND ORDERS, not being protected from Depleted Uranium Particle Exposure is against the Code of Federal Regulations and bringing a radioactive substance or particles back into the United States to CONTAMINATE FAMILY AND FRIENDS should be something taken up the the United Nations and Congress of the United States to protect the WORLD from this known killer of newborn as well as killer of those who serve in the Civilian and Military Forces of the United States of America and ALLIES!

As a decorated Veteran of One it is still my DUTY AND OBLIGATION TO DEMAND TREATMENT FOR THOSE INFECTED OR DAMAGED PLUS PETITION THE UNITED NATIONS, ALONG WITH RUTH DELAMATER BUNDY, MY LIFE PARTNER TO ASK FOR THE UNITED NATIONS TO INTERVENE ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE, FISH, FOWL, ANIMALS, WATER/LAND/AIR QUALITY OF THIS PLANET.

The fighting can and will only stop as it is the MALES CAUSING THE CONFLICTS - NOT THE FEMALES OR CHILDREN. I personally have seen too much death and destruction over conflicts that have killed Millions all over the Planet since WORLD WAR TWO. My Country is a leader in the Nuclear Weapons Field and has continually developed more serious Radioactive Weapons known as Depleted Uranium Munitions and sold same for use by Israel and other Countries in various conflicts. WE ARE GOING TO KILL MILLIONS BY SUCH CONTAMINATION UNLESS THE UNITED NATIONS TAKES THIS SERIOUSLY.

Nuclear Power for Electricity SHOULD BE SHARED WITH ALL NATIONS. Nuclear Weapon USE by any Nation should be stopped immediately lest the entire Planet get contaminated! The choice is GET INVOLVED AND SEND E-MAILS TO THE UNITED NATIONS [Obviously the super power USA does not intend to stop the sale of DU weapons and has the largest arsenal of ATOMIC BOMBS of any known Nation] DEMANDING THAT ALL AREAS OF DEPLETED URANIUM WEAPON USE ARE SURVEYED UNDER UNITED NATIONS CONTROL AND "IF CONTAMINATION IS CONFIRMED" THE UNITED STATES MUST CEASE AND DESIST IN THE USE OF THIS TERRIBLE DEPLETED URANIUM MUNITIONS.

RUTH AND I ARE BOTH AN AMERICAN AND HUMAN OF THIS PLANET AND IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT OUR RACE, RELIGION, AGE OR SEX IS INDICATED. WE ALL HAVE A DUTY TO PROTECT THIS PLANET, EVEN FROM OUR OWN NATION!

ONLY the United Nations representatives COMBINED plus ALL WOMEN can stop this Depleted Uranium use WORLDWIDE! Think about it.... when have WOMEN started a WAR? Your children and grandchildren deserve PEACE AND HELP AT THIS TIME!

Please send the e-mails and letters to the United Nations so that your voices will SCREAM LOUD AND CLEAR! Home sales, Interest Rates, GASOLINE PRICES, Voting for Elections, Savings, Stocks and Bonds MEAN NOTHING TO THE DYING AND DEAD! STAY ALIVE AND MAKE ANYONE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTAMINATING THIS PLANET HELD RESPONSIBLE CIVILLY AND CRIMINALLY! "Are we TRULY Equal under the Law?"

Remember the 545,000 U.S. Military and Civilians exposed to DU is only one segment until the clouds carry the particles to ALL COUNTRIES! How many Iraqi and Afghan people, especially women and children must die before ALL NATIONS CONDEMN THIS KILLING BY DEPLETED URANIUM?

How many MILLIONS IN DAFUR MUST DIE AND BE RAPED BEFORE THE UNITED NATIONS STOPS SUCH ACTIONS? That is the SECOND battleground. The United Nations must band together and stop each or they are not UNITED!

PLEASE SEND E-MAILS TO inquiries@un.org EACH DAY UNTIL THE UNITED NATIONS TAKES ACTION TO STOP THE USE OF DEPLETED URANIUM WEAPON USE AND STARTS HOLDING THOSE COUNTRIES CAUSING SAME ACCOUNTABLE WITH VERIFICATION BY UNITED NATIONS SELECTED REPRESENTATIVES AND EXPERTS WHO CAN USE THE RADIAC EQUIPMENT AND PERHAPS SARAN WRAP TANKS AND OTHER OBJECTS UNTIL SOLID CONCRETE CAN BE POURED ON SITE TO SEAL THE CONTAMINATED ITEMS.

Remember one thing... Volunteering for such an assignment may indeed mean DEATH BY DU EXPOSURE so be sure you are willing to take the risk before asking to be on any team sent to Iraq, Lebanon, Afghanistan or any of the 42 States within the United States where these weapons were fired! We both are over 65 and have only a short time left to live folks. We can read a RADIAC MONITOR and hear it click radiation, use GPS to mark the site and place up warning signs for other teams to come with protective clothing to WRAP THE PACKAGES, MAKE FORMS and finally POUR CONCRETE in the Sandbox or other IN COUNTRY AREAS. [If this will seal the contaminated items and prevent further exposure]

Send the Secretary General of the United Nations your name, address, phone, fax, and other identifications such as PASSPORT and Volunteer if you can. Otherwise send e-mails to protect your family, friends, NATION and PLANET! You are part of the solution or remain part of the problem -- Inaction is DEATH at a time which may be in the very near future for many. Ask how many Veteran's from the United States Civilian and Military have died or how many children have been born deformed! Then ask the Civilians and Military of other Countries who were either IN COUNTRY or Allied forces the same questions.

THE CLOCK IS TICKING UNITED NATIONS CAN STOP IT OR THEY BETTER HAVE A NEW PLACE TO INHABIT! Dr. Doug Rokke and others have been silenced much like the present Military who fear for thier jobs.

NO VETERAN WITH A DEFORMED CHILD CAN LEAVE THE MILITARY AS NO COMPANY CAN PROVIDE INSURANCE FOR THAT CHILD WITH AN EXISTING CONDITION --- CATCH 22 --- THEY STAY IN AND KEEP THEIR MOUTHS SHUT.
