I don't care if the resident unnamed or someone within the Government elsewhere held the timer or controlled device or whether an AL QAEDA director came in by submarine and blew 10 feet or 200 feet of a levee section. Such should be investigated Mr. Turner and you, and others, have indicated through posts on YOUR web that "PROOF EXISTS" and involved some alleged divers from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or FEMA personnel. Under FEDERAL FELONY LAWS known as Title 18 United States Code, my position as a private citizen remains to make this information known to the Law Enforcement, President and any Judge -or- I risk arrest by ANY law enforcement officer for being an accessory to a FELONY! The messages we sent to the President and Vice President and others is SPECIFIC based upon claims coming from you and other sites like APFN which indicates the United States Army has tested some materials secreted away from a potential crime scene.

WHO did it Mr. Turner? Who went to some alleged military testing lab and received the information YOU posted on www.halturnershow.com ? You are hardly in the crosshairs as WE are on this matter because our posts carry FULL INFORMATION on who we are and phone numbers or fax numbers let alone mailing and Corporate information. I have YET to see the names, addresses, phone numbers or fax numbers supporting your postings NOR have I seen any written proof of any LAB indicating which type of explosive was involved and the type of material submitted.

My POSTINGS as a concerned citizen and Veteran remain restricted to New Orleans, LA and the levee post you made indicating someone had proof that the levee breach was caused by an explosion rather than weather or water. Mailings to CNN and local stations, Governor of LA and FLA, President and Vice President were made as part of MY personal duty as a citizen to notify the authorities and ask my President and government for a full investigation. Such has already cost me more than you will ever realize or know. My MAYDAY 1-7 Messages contained professional opinions on how to dewater New Orleans, use CB Radio's with 40 channels to be restricted to perhaps 39 zones where all could communicate locally, use of damaged materials to seal the levee breaks, warnings about helicopter prop wash contaminating evacuees and rescue personnel, need to shoot aggressive dogs or animals, plus many more suggestions my 64 years have gleaned and pumping with special pumps IS getting done much slower than our idea sent forward but WE ARE NOT THERE NOR FEMA! WE ARE NOT THERE WITH THE NEW ORLEANS PD, nor were we there from the levee breaking to this date.

URBAN RENEWAL will occur in any major storm. My concern was saving lives using boats holding 20-50 people, barges and hovercraft rather than one helicopter with a crew of four lifting a single person from a rooftop. Utilizing shallow draft boats and barges to rescue people. Using CB Radio's with PA SPEAKERS to make announcements in English and Spanish. Keeping boats away from helicopter prop wash flooding people with bacteria laden water while other rescue people were under the same rooftop area in boats but had not PA SPEAKERS or communication with anyone. NO SPEAKERS on helicopters, boats, police and military vehicles blaring instructions nor did the helicopters indicate via SPEAKERS to anyone hiding who they were and to COME OUT AND BE RESCUED! Using FIRE PUMPS OR WATER PUMPS from every City, County and State agency in America with generators and gasoline engines to pump down new Orleans in days rather than weeks. Stupid Contractor suggestions on removal of SLUDGE and FECAL MATTER into the Open Sea or other states sewage treatment facilities, even by barges and trucks to rid New Orleans of the toxic sludge. ALL suggestions forwarded for review and implementation as thousands of pumps were inside buildings at the scene or down in lift stations. Use of VACTOR Trucks from ROTO ROOTER and other SEPTIC companies to pull sewage clogged out of manholes and dump onto barges or trucks for taking it to facilities in all states for removal IF NOT DUMPED AT SEA. Closing schools in adjoining areas to commandeer buses with high water capacity to remove evacuees if necessary. ALL FREE ADVICE WITH PROFESSIONAL BACKUP QUALIFICATIONS. I jumped for joy watching the extra pumps on the levees no matter who made the call.

I did not tell the electric company to send people with waders into all residential areas to throw the external breakers block by block or house to house to stop fires when electricity was restored with breakers still connected and equipment turned on or plugged in with wet lines. Nor did I tell the gas company how any Plumbing Contractor or GAS CERTIFIED CONTRACTOR carried special tools to shutoff components, lines or to shut down the gas from mains or water from mains due to broken pipes and meters still ON. The Corps of Engineers and SEABEES will no doubt make those recommendations in this emergency and there are other Contractors who no doubt have sent e-mails on same.

Yes! I tried to contact the Whitehouse via the normal phone lines and the operators were sending people like me to a comments section where a message told me to call back Monday thru Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM or something similar. My contact with the local Secret Service office resulted in an operator advising me two days ago at 8:04 PM that a Secret Service Agent would call me immediately via telephone on the TERRORISM THREAT NOTICE YOU PROVIDED... It is past MIDNIGHT on MONDAY. Still no call and I keep sending replies via Internet even to you but someone will eventually take care of the small stuff. Right now we have a more pressing disaster and some professional contractors will give input worthy of review! Vice Admiral and Army Officers are not new to such work and can sift through suggestions from those who have been-there-done-that!

Sleep well TALK SHOW HOST and do let us see your PROOF SOON as there are many HOMELESS NOPD Officers AND PEOPLE THROUGHOUT THE WORLD who will be interested in seeing who did this if it did happen and IF you are/were telling the TRUTH! Do include those suggestions you sent via E-MAIL backed up with hard copies faxed and mailed to Mayor Nagin. I really want to hear more about what you recommended to save lives!
