The Biggest Blunder in New Orleans

A little reflection,(off the water);

Would you not say that New Orleans was a disaster in the midst of the water?

For working in water, are not boats a necessity? Should there not have been a call immediately for hundreds of small boats to go to all the submerged houses where many were trapped, and undoubtedly still are, but who are most likely dead by now? How come?

They are just now getting around to doing it, now that they have the body bags ready.

It has been criminal negligence, probably because some Federal Bureaucrat stifled it was worried about losing his control. In order to be rescued, they had to be physically able to somehow smash a hole in their roof from the inside, without tools,and then try to crawl out.

It is just now that we learned how the Fish and Game idiots did exactly as I had surmised. Small fish with badges and guns, grasping at their big chance to be important!
