So the government is officially "conspiring" to control weather! Or maybe Katrina will (just so happen) to give a "boost" to this bill! Now anyone who denies this technology of weather control and accuses others of "wild" conspiracy thinking needs to consult this bill in front of the Senate.
So, this bill admits that the (secret) technology exists for weather "modification", and that it is presently being used in "some states". What states, and how, and for what purpose? Then the obvious question is, why could it not be used to "modify" (block, weaken, diffuse) a hurricane (before it becomes a big one) to prevent disaster?
Or perhaps this will be the rational for taking this technology "public" (i.e. to help), although it has certainly been used for a long time in secret, and for no disclosed ends.
Such playing God "power" to manipulate weather OBVIOUSLY is dangerous in the hands of men who have used all technology for the purposes of conquest and imperialism. We are not ignorant of their desires, nor has recent history been silent.
