When was the last time a sitting dictator was "arrested" while surrounded by the most powerful military and non-military defense structure on planet earth ? The answer is never in recorded history.

While most of your readers such as myself would readily agree with most of the scenario you have laid out in your post, I assure you that none have the capacity to arrest George W. Bush at this point in time.

While I don't believe any Arab State assisted in the 9-11 event I admit that there may have been some arabs involved, as contract agents for the CIA, which was taking its direction from the Mossad and Ariel Sharon.

How the buildings fell really doesn't indicate more than that they had been pre-wired for demolition, which could be played off as some safety feature that wasn't made public for security reasons or for the safety of the public.

Another thing that should be considered is that even if the Air Traffic Controllers knew the planes were off course or possibly hijacked, they didn't know that they would be guided missiles aimed at the WTC.

There's no question that the (alleged) stand down order may present a major problem for the President, Vice-President, NORAD, and Rumsfeld. However, the Pentagon perps have claimed that they were running a drill that morning (coinky-dink) purposed to check defense of the Pentagon from air attack, and that is why the Air Defenses were down. (That is hardly believeable since there should have been some "defense" demonstrated, which obviously wasn't.)

It appears fairly obvious to me that there has been a coup. The Players are the Pres., Vice-Pres., Rumsfeld, Powell., and the PNAC (Mossad) crew, a few Generals, most of congress, the CIA, the FBI and the media.

To put it bluntly, Mr. Kaminski, "Checkmate" ...

I can't imagine the bellowing laughter that would emanate from the oval office should a daring Major or even Major General enter and shout "I'm placing you under arrest Mr. Bush" ... Ha ! ha ! ha !

There's a war brewing, Mr. Kaminski, the American people are about to experience a dose of the same shit they've been dishing out with glee, by proxy, for decades.

And one might say that the American people haven't been fully aware of the dastardly deeds committed by the U.S. Govt. in their name. I say, why not ? The American people fund it, elect it, buy it, sell it, eat it and shit it. They do know, but refuse to see it. It's called cognitive dissonance ... they don't want to know the truth, they would rather hear a lie.

Mr. Kaminski, you mention that the State of New York must charge the Pres. with the crime. No one was charged when Bush Sr. and his boys offed Kennedy, why should things be any different today. Just like the Warren Commission swept the truth under the rug, the 9-11 Commission will do the same. Just enough to clear the collective conscience of "I couldn't care less Americans".
