CHINA'S MINISTER OF DEFENSE LAYS OUT WAR PLANS AGAINST THE UNITED STATES!
Speech given to military leaders talks of using biological weapons in a surprise attack killing 100-200 MILLION Americans, then taking our country!
This is not some low level nobody. The speech was given by Chi Haotian, China's Minister of Defense and vice-chairman of China's Central Military Commission.

The Minister says the Chinese race is superior to all others and refers to 85% of the world's population as "human garbage." He also says The global economy needs only about 21% of the present population to sustain it!
