It appears that I am not alone in acknowedging that it is becoming highly probable that the U.S. Federal Government is moving closer to suspending constitutional rights and declaring martial law. Arizona Republican Senator Karen Johnson has drafted House Concurrent Resolution 2034 as an insurance policy should our fearless leaders in Washington take steps to confiscate firearms. The resolution follows the precedent set by Article VII of our Constitution. Utah is also looking for the support of 38 states to pass the Ultimatum Resolution. The Committee of 50 states is chaired by Former Utah Governor J. Bracken and directed by Prof. Joseph Stumph. Of course all the formation of a new federal government comes only after the damage has been done.The fear is that the U.S. Federal Government will force our states which give power to Washington to join the neoconservative and trilateralist new world order.
