Dear Sir,
There is a misunderstanding that I need to clarify.The A.C.E. Network Mission
creates a self-governed society with an organizational structure that
"symbolically" mirrors the U.S. Federal Government's Executive,Judical and
Legislative branches. Our very powerful (Non-government Consitution is modeled
on the Catholic Knights of Columbus. The difference being while being guided
by God we do not promote any one religion or political party or system. This
is to be a widespread exercise in True Democracy with the power of our
"government" in the hands of our global membership dedicated to achieving
economic and social justice in the shortest possible period of time. The U.S.
Army "will support" us because we will be ready to provide comprehensive
community survival programs wherever they are needed and save them money and
the trouble of dealing with mass riots and looting. Life goes on. The
incentive for the U.S. Federal Government is of course a percentage of
revenues from our ongoing entreprenuerial outreach.
