WHY ARE THERE NO BLACK OR MINORITY COPS IN LOCKPORT, NEW YORK’S POLICE FORCE? You’d think in a city of over 50,000 they’d have at least ONE? Also, why did Lockport, New York’s property taxes and city budget mysteriously double right after I moved there in February of 2001? I investigated this matter for myself in the summer of 2001 and came across a Caucasian female who lives on the north side of Washburn Avenue between Walnut and High streets in downtown Lockport, New York, who informed me that while playing outside, her son’s friend was ran over in the middle of the street while on his bike, but because he was a young black man and the driver of the vehicle that hit him was an off-duty drunk white cop, no charges were ever filed.
